Those 3 were really long in the making but finally i've done them. Honestly speaking doing digibashes on the same template is quite tiring and puts you off + final school exams can take time from your life. Nevertheless i'm glad i've finally finished them.

Just me watching all the Brave saga's because i just want to finish it all (definitely not getting bored)

I can’t shut up about epic. I have so many thoughts-

I love “Odysseus.” I love how you basically get to see two versions of him, one through himself and a younger him through Telemachus. It literally took me a second to realize it was Telemachus in the weapon’s room despite the musical cues. Despite his offer of mercy. I thought it was Odysseus for a brief second.

Telemachus offered mercy, like a young Odysseus would have. He voiced how he didn’t want to kill anyone but he would if he had to, like a young Odysseus would have.

Meanwhile, an older Odysseus expresses how he’s learned mercy does nothing but endanger him and his family, so he offers none.

Telemachus is chased and captured despite his kindness.

Odysseus kills those who did so, having no kindness left to give.

Yet, there’s no sign that Telemachus through this experience lost his kindness. And I can’t help but reflect on past lyrics throughout the sagas and this one.

“Mercy is a skill more of our world could learn to use.” - Odysseus, “Remember Them.”

“There are many ways of persuasion. There are many modes of control. Maybe showing one act of kindness will lead to kinder souls down the road… Maybe one day the world will need a puppeteer no more.” - Circe, “There are Other Ways.”

“I can’t help but wonder what this world could be if we held each other with a bit more empathy…What if there’s a world where we don’t have to live this way?”- Athena, “I Can’t Help but Wonder.”

“If that world exists, it’s far away from here. It’s one I’ll have to miss for it’s far beyond my years. You might live forever, so you can make it be.”- Odysseus, “I Can’t Help but Wonder.”

I don’t know if it was intended, but it feels like it’s being hinted that Telemachus will help bring this new world that can be kind and show mercy while Odysseus will finally get to rest.

And hearing the both of them in the song together, representing the past and the future, makes me emotional, y’know?

Is anyone else tired of people saying Bucky should've been Cap instead of Sam? Because I am.

I mean, seriously, what would be the difference? The fact that Bucky is a super soldier? Plenty of heroes don't have super powers and they're doing great, including Sam, I mean he survived the whole Triscelion battle in the Winter Soldier, survived Battle for Earth, and don't get me started on Tony, Clint, Nat, Okoye, etc. Besides Captain America, who can fly? That sounds like a great advantage we saw in TFATWS, and we will see more in Brave New World. Bucky would probably be great, too, but it's clear he didn't want to be Cap, didn't feel worthy. I feel like Bucky doesn't see himself as a good man, which is something Captain America should be. That's why Steve chose Sam because, like he said, he was a good man. Having superpowers doesn't make a hero, a character does. Let's be fair. If Bucky can be Captain America, then so can Sam.

The moment Steve said that he kissed someone named Tommy, people on Tiktok were like, who the fuck is that? But the girlies with the parents that went to Hawkins High pull out their mothers’ old yearbooks and start looking through the class roster. The problem is that there are at least two Tommys at the school when Steve was there and no one can decide which one looks like someone Steve would kiss.

recovery is hard!!! i'm tired. i can't get comfortable. i'm in pain and i'm swollen. sometimes i'm so swollen that breathing is a chore. i can't open my mouth, so i can't yawn or lick my lips. i can't brush the back of my teeth so i never really feel clean. i can't chew any food and i'm hungry. i look in the mirror and i don't recognize my face yet. it's hard!!! but i know eddie thinks i am so strong!!!

The boy from the forest

A wayward soul, always walking around, filling his time to compensate for the lack of, well, everything really.

He wasn’t allowed to play with the other kids in his village, his caretakers said it’s because he’s a “dismace” in the family, or something like that. He doesn’t remember the exact word.

So he started wandering outside the travelling tribe. Most days it’s mostly more snow than the eye can see, maybe a mouse on a good day.

Other times, he ends up near a village, and so he settles to stay between the trees observing the other children playing until near nightfall, which is when he does the trek back to his home tribe, with what’s left of his mother’s tent.

There’s always that pang of pain in his little chest every time he sees other children smiling and laughing.

Why can’t he have that?

What did he do wrong?
